Oliver!

For Oliver! I had the opportunity to be scenic painter. One of the most notable pieces I painted for the show was the sign for 'The Three Cripples.' It was a bit of a challenge to be working large-scale for one of the first times, but even so I really enjoyed having the chance to bring my painting skills to the show.

Spring Awakening

While the idea for the walls made of doors was the Director's idea, I had the chance to design the layout of the doors and shutters within the given dimensions. After they were assembled, I was tasked with distressing them from their originally plain white state. I got to learn new methods of achieving a distressed look in a time-efficient manner to successfully complete the painting before the show opened.
